Onboarding is $1,500 once — your brand loaded into Figma, your portal set up and the team briefed before day one. Templates are built through your slot in month one. An extra slot on any plan is +$2,750 a month: add one whenever your queue needs it; drop it with 30 days’ notice.
Extra same-day urgents at $550 each, subject to availability. Brand systems, full websites and intranets are quoted separately at 10% off for retainer clients (15% on Growth).
The first-brief guarantee: if your first brief isn’t delivered within 48 hours of your slot going live, onboarding is free.

Questions people ask before they sign
Is there a contract?
Month to month. 30 days’ notice. Onboarding is once-off.
What counts as one brief?
Twenty-four hours covers five ad variations, an email layout, a hero section or a social banner kit. Forty-eight hours covers a landing page UI, a ten-slide deck or a brand guideline update. Anything bigger is quoted, the same day, at 10% off for retainer clients.
Who decides what goes first?
You name one queue owner. Anyone can brief; only they reorder. Everyone sees where their job sits.
What if I need two things at once?
Add a slot.
What if I only send one brief?
If your queue is empty, your brief starts the same day. You never wait behind your own work.
What counts as urgent?
A 24-hour brief that jumps your queue and starts within four working hours. Two a month per slot are included; extras are $550 if the pod can take it.
Do you build websites?
We design them, dev-ready in Figma, and hand off to your developers or a partner we recommend. We don’t code.
Can I pause?
Once a year, for a month, with 30 days’ notice, after your first three months. Your library stays; your place in the queue doesn’t.
Who owns the work?
You do, on payment. Leave, and you get a full export of your library.
Why is the second slot half price?
Your first slot pays for your brand manager, senior QA, Druff HQ and your library. Every slot after that is production capacity only.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your queue pauses until it clears. Nothing is lost; it just waits.
Do we need to meet?
Only if you want to. Everything runs through Druff HQ. Some clients book a 15-minute monthly check-in; most don’t.
