“I have had the pleasure of working with Druff Interactive since 2019 across both CallCabinet and Smarsh. Dan and his team are phenomenal and truly considered core members of our marketing team. Over the years, Druff has been responsible for everything from full website creation and maintenance to two major rebrand projects, collateral development, tradeshow booth design, partner portal branding, swag, and more.”
Design department on retainer
A design department
on retainer.
Everything your company puts in front of a customer, a candidate or the board, produced by one team that already knows your brand. Marketing, sales, HR, leadership, events and internal comms all brief the same queue. You set the order and watch it in Druff HQ; every brief is back within 24–48 hours of starting. One job is in production at a time; add a second slot when two need to move at once. No quotes for everyday work, no hourly billing, no meetings you didn’t ask for.

How We Work
Your first month.
Here’s what happens after you say yes. No onboarding workshops, no six-week discovery; you’re live in a week and shipping in the first.
Brand Study
Week one. Our senior lead reads everything your company has put out and writes down what the brand is, where it’s drifting and the rules we’ll design to. You’ll never explain it twice.
Live in a week
Your brand loaded, Druff HQ set up, your brand manager and designers named. Send the first brief.
First brief
In production within 48 hours of going live, or onboarding is free.
Templates, in your slot
Proposal, deck, onboarding pack, social set, email: built through your queue in month one, so every job after starts on brand.
Month one report
What went out, how fast, what’s queued, and whether the queue is telling you to add a slot.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they sign
What counts as one brief?
A 24-hour brief is five ad variations, a job ad set, an email layout or a trade show banner. A 48-hour brief is a sales proposal, a ten-slide board deck, an onboarding pack or a brand guideline update. Anything bigger (a full website redesign, a rebrand, an intranet, product and packaging) is quoted separately, fixed price, with a delivery date, at 10% off for retainer clients.
What is a design retainer?
A fixed monthly fee for a design team’s guaranteed capacity, instead of quoting and paying job by job. With Druff, your company queues as many briefs as it likes; we work them one at a time, each back within 24–48 hours, all on brand, from the same senior team every month. It replaces the quote-wait-invoice cycle of an agency and the single skill set of one in-house designer.
Can more than one person send briefs?
Yes. Anyone in your company, any department, can queue a brief. They’re worked in the order your queue owner sets, one at a time, and your brand manager keeps the order honest.
