For companies where every department waits on design
The brief went in on Monday. It’s Thursday. Your agency is still quoting and your one designer has twelve jobs ahead of yours. Druff gives your whole company guaranteed design capacity on retainer: one slot, one job in production at a time, always moving, from a senior team that keeps marketing, sales, HR and leadership on brand. Most briefs back within 24–48 hours. Need two moving at once? Add a slot.
Plain English
A design retainer is a fixed monthly fee for a design team that’s always available to your company. Instead of quoting each job or hiring a designer, you send briefs to one team that already knows your brand. At Druff, one retainer buys one slot: one of your jobs in production at any moment, the rest in a queue you can see, most back within 24–48 hours. When the queue grows, you add a slot and two jobs move at once. Marketing, sales, HR and leadership all share the same slots, so everything your company produces looks like it came from one place.

Turnaround
Brief before lunch and most jobs come back within 24–48 hours, urgent ones the same day. Accurate, polished and on-brand, because the team already knows your brand. Your ad set, your sales deck and your onboarding pack are all in the same good hands.
The design bottleneck
Six things that stall a company’s design work — and what a Druff slot does about each one.
A campaign that slips two weeks costs two weeks of pipeline. An ad set that runs stale for a month costs 20–40% more per lead. A proposal a sales rep builds in PowerPoint on Thursday night costs the deal. None of that shows up as a design cost. All of it is one.
See what a slot would clearHow We Work
Your slot means one job in production at a time, always. Anyone in your company can send a brief (a request: “we need five ad variations by Thursday”) to Druff HQ, our client portal, where you can watch every job move. Briefs are worked in order, you approve each one, and the next starts. No hourly billing. No scope meetings. No chasing.
The usual way
Typical: 3–4 weeks per job.
The Druff way

One flat monthly slot for the whole company. Unlimited briefs from any department, one in production at a time, and a senior team that already knows your brand.

What lands in the slot
Everyday work runs through your slot. Brand systems, full websites and intranets are bigger than a slot, so they’re quoted separately, at 10% off for retainer clients.

Brand systems, full websites and intranets are quoted separately. Retainer clients get 10% off. Extra same-day urgents at R5 000 each, subject to availability.
The first-brief guarantee: if your first brief isn’t delivered within 48 hours of your slot going live, onboarding is free.
Before you book
Month to month. 30 days’ notice. Onboarding is once-off.
Twenty-four hours covers five ad variations, an email layout, a hero section or a social banner kit. Forty-eight hours covers a landing page UI, a ten-slide deck or a brand guideline update. Anything bigger is quoted, the same day, at 10% off for retainer clients.
You name one queue owner. Anyone can brief; only they reorder. Everyone sees where their job sits.
Add a slot.
If your queue is empty, your brief starts the same day. You never wait behind your own work.
A 24-hour brief that jumps your queue and starts within four working hours. Two a month per slot are included; extras are R5 000 if the pod can take it.
We design them, dev-ready in Figma, and hand off to your developers or a partner we recommend. We don’t code.
Once a year, for a month, with 30 days’ notice, after your first three months. Your library stays; your place in the queue doesn’t.
You do, on payment. Leave, and you get a full export of your library.
The team

One slot at a time
Tell us what is stuck in the queue. We will tell you honestly whether a retainer is the right answer.
Tell us what’s stuck
Send us one brief. We’ll deliver it within 48 hours, on us, so you can judge the work instead of the pitch. Or book 20 minutes and we’ll show you how one slot would clear your queue. If a retainer isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so.
